The Brain of Isaac is a twitch.tv extension which is an improved version of Kabalistus Transformation Tracker.

The purpose is to enhance the experience while watching the game The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (Afterbirth+).

It consists of a client run by the streamer which collects game data and sends it to a second part that is a live server. This one broadcasts to the audience the information on the items collected to each transformation, the items missing to any of them and which ones can't be collected anymore.
